16 checks6 matrix verdictsYour own break-even

Eight plan drafts are in preparation: six for the matrix results and two prerequisite plans. They are not yet integrated into the demo.

01 / The question behind the numbers

Ads Manager shows you everything except the answer.

Hundreds of columns, a dozen attribution settings, and a green arrow that may or may not mean anything. You can see your numbers. What you can't see is whether they're good — because "good" depends on your margin, and no dashboard knows your margin.

So the question stays open. Do you put more money in, fix something first, or stop?

02 / The process

Four steps, about an hour.

  1. Your numbers.

Work out your break-even ROAS from your own margin. Everything after this is judged against that number, not against someone else's benchmark.

  2. Sixteen checks.

Ownership and tracking, strategy, account structure, creative, management. Each scored one to five, with a guide telling you what a 1, a 3 and a 5 look like.

  3. Your Account Health score.

Average each section, then average the five section scores into one number out of five.

  4. Your verdict.

When the required inputs are complete and the tracking check allows a result, your profitability zone and Account Health select one of six matrix verdicts.

Planned additionThe roadmap collection contains eight plan drafts: six for the matrix results and two for situations where a verdict should be held back. Plan content is under review and is not yet integrated into this demo.

03 / Inside the product

What you can explore now.

Available in the demo

  • Your verdict

one of six matrix results when the assessment can issue one, and why your inputs lead there

  • Your Account Health score

section by section, so you can see where you rated the gaps

  • Your numbers and notes

break-even calculations, editable scores and space to write your next three moves

Planned for the product

  • Your four-week plan

one job at a time, in order, written for your result rather than for everybody. Content drafts are prepared; review and app integration are still to come.

  • Your scored report as a PDF

yours to keep and compare with a later assessment. PDF export is not available in this preview.

This demo displays your assessment on screen. It does not email a report or save a history. Purchasing and paid access are not open yet.

04 / Where your numbers lead

Six matrix results. Eight plans in preparation.

The assessment uses the six-cell grid below when your inputs and tracking check support a verdict. The planned roadmap adds a matching plan for each result, plus two prerequisite plans. Incomplete answers and tracking holds are separate states, not extra verdicts.

Planned prerequisite plan; not in the demo yet.

Rebuild your measurement.

If you score check 1.2 as 1 or 2, the current assessment withholds a matrix verdict. The matching four-stage measurement plan has been drafted and is awaiting final review and integration.

Planned prerequisite plan; not in the demo yet.

Get to a readable month.

A four-stage draft for accounts that do not yet have enough purchase evidence to judge. How this state is selected in the app is still being defined. The current demo does not automatically assess whether you have enough purchases.

The two prerequisite plans do not add cells to the verdict matrix. A verdict built on numbers you cannot trust is worse than no verdict. Completing missing answers is a separate task; it is not a purchase-volume assessment.

05 / A different starting point

Self-service, not a sales call.

Work through the assessment yourself, on your own numbers. Start with your margin and use guided checks to understand the result. No human account inspection, ad management or live call is included in this digital product.

Your numbers, not benchmarks.

Break-even ROAS is 1 ÷ your gross margin expressed as a decimal. Under this calculation, 2.4 ROAS is below break-even at 40% margin and above it at 55%.

No account access.

You answer, it scores. Nothing connects to your ad account.

Guided judgement, clear calculation.

You choose each score using the supplied criteria. The software calculates section averages and applies the matrix. It does not inspect your ads or prove the cause of a problem.

06 / A good fit

This is for you if…

  • You sell products online and spend on Meta, and can't confidently say whether it's working
  • You've been told to "just test more creative" and want to know whether that's actually the problem
  • You manage ads for clients and want a structured second opinion before a difficult conversation
  • You're deciding whether to scale or pull back before a big sales period

It's not for you if…

  • Your campaigns are built around lead generation rather than online sales — this assessment is designed for website purchases
  • You've never run Meta ads; there's nothing to audit yet
  • You want someone else to go into your account and fix it for you
  • You're looking for a list of tactics rather than a decision

07 / Who made it

Built by someone who does this for a living.

I'm Nadja Stanojević. These are the same sixteen checks I run when auditing paid accounts for brands in Ireland and the UK — turned into something you can run yourself, on your own numbers.

08 / Before you start

A few good
questions.

How long does it really take?

About an hour with your numbers ready. Step 0 asks for average order value, gross margin, spend and purchase ROAS for the same period. Order counts can help you review tracking. After a tracking fix, use the reliable period after that fix instead of mixing it with earlier data.

Do I need to connect my ad account?

No. You answer the questions yourself, using what you can see in Ads Manager and Events Manager. Nothing connects and nothing is pulled.

Does it work for lead generation?

No. This assessment is designed for online sales measured through website purchases and purchase ROAS. It uses average order value and gross margin for break-even calculations; it does not calculate lead value or assess lead-generation performance.

What if I don't know my margin?

The assessment asks you to supply your margin before it can calculate a usable break-even result. It does not guess a margin for you.

What if I've only just started running ads?

The planned “Get to a readable month” roadmap is intended for accounts that lack enough purchase evidence. It is not integrated into this demo, and the demo does not automatically decide whether your purchase sample is sufficient. Missing required inputs are shown as incomplete, not as that plan.

What if my tracking is a mess?

If you score check 1.2 as 1 or 2, the current assessment withholds a matrix verdict. “Rebuild your measurement” is the matching plan being prepared for the product; the four-stage content is not yet shown in this demo.

Can I re-run it?

You can edit your answers or reset and run the current demo again. Reloading starts a blank assessment; the demo does not save your previous report or history. Access terms for the paid product will be confirmed before purchasing opens.
